Through DeLaughter Family Outreach International, Bill and Leah have served in multiple countries — training local leaders, planting churches, and partnering with indigenous ministries committed to long-term gospel impact.
Tanzania
Discipleship training, church planting, pastor training, and leadership development with local ministry partners. Community development and training as the discipleship community grows
Kenya
Discipleship training, family ministry, and equipping local churches for community transformation. They served as leadership in the parent discipleship organization that wrote and began the program for a year.
Uganda
Supporting indigenous missionaries and training leaders in contexts of limited access and rapid church growth. They did this by being a part of LivingStone International University as the discipleship coordinator, faculty trainer, and a teaching professor.
